Beautiful views, right in the centre of the village. As none of the restaurants in the village were open because the holiday season had not begun yet, it was greatly appreciated that the owners left the house well stocked with supplies (coffee, fruit, butter, juice, beer, Retsina,bin bags, washing up liquid etc.). There were also good supermarkets and a butcher/ deli shop in the village.

Everything was very good. The villa is great, the host, Mr. Marcus is a special man. We recommend this location with all our heart. On our next visit to Kefalonia, in April, we will return to this location again. Once again, we thank Mr. Marcus for the stay offered.

Amazing location, clean and welcoming. Close to everything- supermarket, atm, restaurants and Great sunrise view from the balcony. Markos the owner waited for us and was available for any thing we needed during our stay. He even brought gift for our kids and left some local fruit, vegetables, wine and other products to welcome us. Definitely the best house I rented in every parameter!

Everything about the property was fantastic. Home from home with all amenities and fantastic location. We hope to return again next year. Will definitely recommend.

The bed was a little worn and not very comfortable

Great views. Lovely balcony to sit and relax. Near all we needed and well equipped. Great value.

Nothing we didn't like. Partner found the bed a bit hard, but we all slept well.

The house is just amazing. The view from the balcony can’t be better. Perfect location, just a few seconds to the main street and nice restaurants. There is everything you need for a long stay. The rooms are cleans and very well equipped. The kitchen is large and also well equipped. The hosts are friendly and can give you support for everything. The fridge was left with fruits, vegetables, beer, water ant etc.

This was a clean well-equiped house in the centre of agia efimia. It was a superb location with a magnificent view of the marina. We liked sitting on the terrace/balcony (there are three outside areas to sit) and watching the boats - the view was magnificent. It was also a short walk to the restaurants and little coves in agia efimia, and was a great location for visiting antisamos, assos, fiskardo and myrtos.

There was not much we didn't like about the house - the only suggestion would be a sun lounger or two on the main terrace.

The position was great. Clean and spacious in kitchen and lounge area. Great having 2 bathrooms. Lovely terrace areas with amazing views.

The only thing we thought would be great was if it could have a few sun loungers on the terrace. A bit more comfy so you could relax more.

What a find! In the heart of Agia Effemia, a short stroll to the front (check out steki restaurant and sea-rok down the road) apartment equipped with all you could need for a fab stay. Owner so friendly and helpful. Beautiful balcony and front terrace with views.
