Although it mentioned all rooms are aircond, only master bedroom and living area provided with aircond. The other 2 rooms are without aircond. Initially, only 2 towels are provided, although we have mentioned that 4 adults are staying. The management informed that if another 2 extra towels, they will. charged RM 10 each. After persuading and informing them, they provide us with addition 2 towels without charging
