Great location and accepted Pets (although a fee is added after booking). Kitchen well stocked with gear, great fire and beds were comfortable. Staff were really responsive to requests and prompt with communication. Whilst there were few things we didn't like, the manager was great to deal with and resolved problems without issue where possible.

Home wasn't ready for our arrival and insufficient linen supplied. Mattress protectors covered in stains and duvet covers similar. Cleaning fairly poor on bathroom and despite pet fee (which should then result in deeper cleaning), carpets poorly cleaned as our socks were covered in previous dogs hair within 30 mins of arrival.

Location excellent

The mattresses were not that great. Plus bathroom lighting pretty crap. One of the toilet seats nearly falling off. Just needs a little TLC - eg carpet could do with a shampooing.
