Cosy house Stratoni Chalkidiki 300m from beach

I like everything about this property. :) You get the whole first ground of the house, together with the yard and a balcony, from where you can watch the beautiful moon every night. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and created with attention to detail. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bakery. The village is very quite and cosy as well, yet filled with life.

I could not use the kitchen equipment entirely because of the modern appliances that I could not unlock.

Although Stratoni is industrial town, we really enjoyed its Sleepy atmostphere with no tourists, empty beach and still enough places to discover thanks to Savva's guides. We like spacious apartment with all equipment we need. We really felt like home. Thank you Jean Franco. Hope your tomatos and peppers grows up. We have watered them everyday. Your printed guide was also very handy. Thanks you.

Keys for pick-up was at Savva's Art Cafe. We didn't receive email at first but solved that quickly over Whatsapp. Then keep in mind that streets around house are very narrow. We had difficulties to park our VAN in front of the house, as we cannot turn around corner and has to go straight 2 cross streets, but nothing we couldn't solve. If you have smaller car parking should not be a problem.
