Mooie grote ruimte die wat liefde nodig heeft. De host was top, reageerde steeds heel goed en snel. Zeer behulpzaam.

We hadden het iets moderner verwacht.

The house was wonderfully situated, in a quiet area with mountains on one side and a short walk to a beautiful beach on the other. It felt like a real home, with personality alongside all needed equipment. The host, Zoe, was extremely informative, responsive and thoughtful in so many ways. It was hard to leave even after only two days!

Only suggestion is to provide bath/shower gel and shampoo for guests who might not have brought their own.

We had a fantastic stay and everything was great from start to finish. The house is spotless, very well maintained, and clearly cared for, which made it immediately feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent and perfect for a peaceful nature getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and incredible natural attractions like Kogel Bay Nature Reserve and Harold Porter Botanical Garden are within a 10-minute drive. The area is quiet, scenic, and ideal for anyone who enjoys being close to nature while still having easy access to beautiful surroundings. The host was excellent with communication and provided helpful tips on things to do in the area, which really added to the experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The Location is not perfect but acceptable, with limited sea views from the property, about a block from the rocks and three blocks from the beach.

The Garage door didn't work, and the host messaged me on the day of arrival that she didn't have time to fix it. That may be why the property isn't well-maintained, with lights that don't work, sliding doors that don't open, and so on. The property was dirty on arrival, so we had to clean it ourselves. Although cleaning services were scheduled for the day of our arrival, wet linen and towels were still in both dryers. On the day before departure, we saw a young Puffadder inside the garage, where the dryers, the owner's furniture, and loose items are stored. That was really worrying because we walk in and out of the garage every day.

Beautiful location, well equipped and helpful responsive host. Perfect for watching the sunset and having your dogs with you.

Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours!

Great location surrounded by nature and uninterrupted views. Easy to walk to see the penguins and to the beach. Big house with lots of space and well stocked with cutlery and everything needed to cook. You can see it’s a house that has been lived in.

Good overall stay but some things to note Bathroom is not a separate room and closed off by curtains. It was okay for us as we were just a couple but could be a bit awkward. Gas stove which was a bit tricky as you have to open the gas bottle.

The setting, peace and quiet.

The shower made loud noises which sounded like something is about to break and prevented us from using it which was inconvenient.

Location was great! Very pet friendly!
