"Beautiful house just a more difficult than necessary check in process"

the house is beautiful and very well looked after. there is heaps of space - especially for a London house

There really needs to be a key lock safe set up rather than having to meet someone to get the key for check in - the checkin and out process could be made much much easier and smoother for everyone if a key lock safe was set up instead. We also only received information about how check in was going to work at 3pm on the day of booking, despite asking earlier we heard nothing. Our trip would have been much smoother if we had been given the information earlier, rather than stressing and waiting for a response.
