Close to the beach

Internet was not very good, the place needs some serious fixes (windows & back doors fogged up, 2nd bedroom window needs fixed, mold on the back deck and dryer not operating properly)…construction workers next door everyday starting at 7am

It was spacious and a great location. There were plenty of towels and beach accessories like toys, chairs, and umbrella.

It was nice to have a vacuum for all of the sand however it had a horrid smell that filled the house every time the vacuum was run. The living room rug seemed to have dog hair all over it. The bathroom tub was dirty it had particles all over it not sure what it was.

Very close to the beach, up to date appliances, plenty of sleeping space. Hosts were very responsive. Was going to stay in hotel in Bradenton but glad we found this place last minute.

WiFi was slow but didn’t come to Anna Maria for the WiFi. The TV in the master bedroom did feel wobbly on the stand and fear it would fall over at times just bumping the stand. No complaints over all regarding our stay!

I loved this place. The location was so easy and convenient to the beach. The interior was nice, clean, and comfortable, plus it was more spacious than I was expecting. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and everything worked properly. The washer & dryer were perfect for quick washes. The location on 67th St. at Gulf Drive was very quiet, which is a must for me. The driveway easily accommodates a car and golf cart side by side. The beach chairs and umbrella saved us from a separate rental expense. The front door keypad access was an unexpected bonus feature; there was no key to fumble around with (or misplace). I would stay here again, for sure. The owners and Booking.com made it a seamless, reassuring, and stress-free experience!

The location is just perfect, the property is great and we enjoyed the whole stay a lot and we would come back any time.

An umbrella was offered for the beach and for the garden terrace but both were quite old and the beach umbrella was already broke so we bought a new one and left it there. So a check for these things from time to time when they are advertised would perhaps be a suggestion. But it is a minor thing and I don't want to sound negative in any way. It was a perfect time and the property was so nice that we would come back happily.

Location was excellent and size was great. The house was clean. The uosuite bathroom was very spacious and the shower was great.

The furnishing were a bit old (bureau in the master bedroom and the fridge had a few issues).

Close to the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location. Well stocked kitchen. Enough beds for the 5 of us. Parking for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful that doors had locking instructions posted. Very much appreciated that beach chairs and towels were provided even though we brought our own.

Master bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked as I have hip issues. But younger people may be fine.

The location is simply perfect. Just 100 steps to the amazing beach, several restaurants in walking distance, and Trolley stops in both directions just 250m away. And even some really good golf courses within a radius of 45 minutes. The house ist not one of these brandnew, huge, super luxury houses. It is already a few years old, but it is excellent maintained, quiet, super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, good beds and brand new chairs and table on the patio, and the location is simply outstanding. You definitely don’t need a pool with this breathtaking beach just very few steps away. The new bathroom (with european style hand shower) is very good. It’s a very charming, cozy house. Simply perfect for us! Excellent communication with owner and local property manager. Overall a super vacation home. We loved every moment.

The only thing we missed a little bit is a gas grill. There’s only a charcoal one. But -on the other hand- that made us enjoy the many good restaurants on the island and nearby.
