Fabulous location . Best view in Paternoster. Spacious house , very well equipped, super comfortable beds and very good quality linen. We highly recommend Sonkwas 10

"Wonderful family (incl dogs) time right on the beach!"

Location is superb. Furnishings lovely. Window blinds are fantastic. Architecturally very clever (recessed sliding doors)

Pillows (we're not fans of feather) but beds were super comfy otherwise. Didn't enjoy having a building site next door. We were aware it was going to be there but was very noisy. However, owners and managers responded positively after complaint on second day. (Will be even more wonderful a place to stay when renovations are complete!)

"Lovely spot, spoiled by building noise."

Setting, lovely view and direct access to beach. Well equipped and comfortable.

Building site next door. Large extension of Sonkwa 10 appeared to be underway with hammering into exterior of kitchen wall, jackhammering, and general building noises. Cement mixer in use until 6 on Friday evening. This was clearly planned in advance but we were only informed less than a week before arrival despite booking over 3 months in advance .

The property is beautifully designed and the location is amazing. It is well appointed with lovely beds and bathrooms.

It was extremely windy whilst we were there so we didn’t get to open up the sides and back of the house. For the cost, I do think the house should have been cleaned at least twice during our 12 day stay - which it was , but at our expense. The house book hasn’t been updated since COVID. Again for the cost I think someone should meet you and explain and show how everything works. It was only on the last day that I discovered the safe. When we arrived we couldn’t turn off the alarm or unlock the front door. The local agents were always responsive and helpful.
