The best stay ever! Gorgeous colonial house, exceptional service and delicious food. We'll connected to the town. The estate manager Bernard and his team went above and beyond always to make our stay absolutely comfortable. I didn't want to leave. If you get a chance, stay here. The experience will stay with you for a lifetime.

Ferncliff Bungalow is a very special place to stay and probably my favourite guesthouse in Sri Lanka. It's small (four rooms) which means you are extremely well-looked after by Bernard and his team. The bungalow is spacious with large rooms and a cosy communal dining area (complete with an open fire). The limited number of rooms means maximum flexibility when it comes to arrival, departure and all your meals. Bernard kindly prepared a packed lunch for our young children to eat on the train. The gardens are well-maintained and a welcome open (but safe) space for kids to let off steam.

"Best place to stay in Nuwara Eliya"

Amazing place!!! The house in the Colonial style is situated in a big garden, with wonderful flowers and trees. The room was large and tasted furnished. The breakfast and the dinner were amazing. At night the host even opened the fire place and light the candles. One of our nicest places we stayed in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this place!

"Welcoming old colonial bungalow."

Lovely place with big garden, and very helpful host. Very central - a few minutes walk to the park, but ststaion etc.
