Luxury Cotswolds Cottage optional Hot Tub, Castle Combe

Awesome ancient building and well kept. Traditional construction and age meant nothing was perfect but the family enjoyed it so much.

Unfortunately key lock didn’t work and there is a requirement to park well away from property.

A stunning property with modern facilities but retaining its historic charm. Perfectly situated in the centre of a stunning village. Especially loved the choice of 2 pubs and restaurants being so close

A truly wonderful house — so much charm! After spending four nights, it was hard to lock the door and leave. We felt completely at home. I hope I can come back someday. I only missed having a bit of information about the history of the house.

Such a wonderful, cosy cottage stay in a beautiful location. We went with a group of 6 of us and had the best time.

Beautiful , comfortable , warm - beds were very comfy. Great kitchen. Beautiful village. There was a book of walks around Castle Combe which I did and were really lovely - you wouldn’t have found them without the book. Easy access to house.

It would have been really helpful to have some information about how things worked eg TV and where they were eg Teatowels. The stairs were pretty steep and wouldn’t be suitable for some guests. Parking is a challenge.

Terrific location in a fairytale village. Once the courthouse, the cottage was perfect for us - across the street from the woman who sells tea cakes and coffee/tea/water and just about next door to the pub. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were plenty. The stairs are a little steep but doable as long as you don't rush it. We got parking each night right across the street from the cottage. It was easy to get to historic sites we wanted to see after we spent some time in the village and did a couple of walks in its woods.
