Clean , modern, comfortable

This property is lovely it was very clean inside and in a great location for families , the skate park, the beach & shops. We really did enjoy our family stay but there were a few things that needed adressing .

We arrived to both the front and back grass areas over grown and unable to be used. The windows on the outside had greasy hand prints all over them . The tv was not easy to use it needs a guide to follow so it can be used. There was no hairdryer ( which i did ask to be rectified along with having the lawn cut, the lawns got cut but no hairdryer appeared) If this was my property i would not be happy with the property managment team looking after it, i would expect better service.

Clean, tidy property.

There were 3 TVs in the house and none were able to be used. A TV aerial would be a cheap simple fix, at least Freeview TV would be available. It was a tease to have them there and not be able to use them. For the cost of the accomodation a working TV would be expected.

Lovely property, very comfortable, within walking distance to beach and town, cafes etc
