White House Farm Cottages

Everything! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was better than we expected! Angela was wonderful and welcoming and the facilities were so clean and well maintained. The little party/games hut is an excellent addition and really helped make our weekend. The beds were comfortable and accommodation was spacious and well thought out. Honestly every aspect was beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay again! There is a local shop nearby for all of the essentials and pub just opposite that is also excellent value for money. If you are a group, a couple or a family this place is great.

I can not think of anything we didn't like, other than having to leave.

Our host was very accommodating. We were switching locations because our previous booking was unacceptable. It was the busiest week possible around the NEC area, and we needed a place to stay with 4 dogs. We called and then booked, and an hour later, we checked in.

I think the house rules would be helpful to have on booking.com. We traveled with 4 dogs that do not know eachother so we typically separate them and the house rules ask that you do not have dogs in the bedrooms or on furniture. I did not know that before booking. And to be clear, I absolutely respect that - I just would have liked to know beforehand.

Everything! Rural beautiful dog friendly place, in the apartment there was everything we needed.

Liked everything

Peaceful location with an exceptional host, Angela, who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful barn conversion blending modern comforts with glimpses of the original building. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with comfy beds. We loved being able to collect fresh eggs from the farm shop and we enjoyed the visits from Poppy as well as the chickens. The icing on the cake was being placed in the Monty cottage which had a picture of Monty, a Bernese Mtn Dog, as we have Bernese at home and had traveled to attend the UK Bernese dog show a few miles away. Nice having access to washers and dryers located at the end of the building. Very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I’m being petty but some kitchen tongues would be good to have and a serrated knife.

We stayed in one of the cottages over New Year away with friends - It was great to have a large group together but staying in separate cottages. The location was great - nice and quiet with lovely walks. Angela was so friendly and helpful and always around to chat or answer questions. There are 2 EV chargers and a hut with games in on site and you also have the opportunity to buy some eggs which were lovely. The cottage was cosy and spacious. We had a lovely stay.
