‘Sea Glimpse’ in the coastal Devon village of East Prawle

Everything we could need was in the house and garden, kind and helpful hosts, a happy welcome pack was a lovely surprise! A lovely garden area with bbq and seating area too, with a view across the village.

It is a beautiful cottage in a lovely village. Great as a base for exploring the area. It is walking distance from the coastal path and a number of wonderful secluded beaches. It had everything we needed for a 4 night, self catered , walking break by train from London.

The taxi from Totnes station is about £70 each way.

Unfortunately the beds were far too hard for us for a good nights sleep.

Cream tea on arrival and a bottle of wine. House clean and warm. Useful porch area for boots and coats.

Double bed on the firm side. Kitchen does not seem to have heating, so a bit cold.

Cleanest holiday cottage I've stayed in and very well presented. Karen the owner was very helpful on arrival and throughout. Lovely garden and conservatory with sea views. Loved that the house was detached and private. Loads of goodies such as bread milk, scones and a nice bottle of wine. Will definitely return!
