Spyros House, 3 bedrooms-sea view-in Agia Efimia

Die Lage war perfekt! Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, vom Supermarkt bis zu Lokalen und Cafés. Wenn man an den Strand will, braucht man aber doch ein Auto. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand, ist aber trotzdem zentral. Es ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Wir hatten sogar eine Notfallration Wasser und etwas kleines zu Essen von den Gastgebern im Kühlschrank - sehr lieb! Alles tiptop!

Lots of space, great views and walking distance to all the shops/tavernas. Short drive to lots of beaches and easy reach to assos and Fiskardo.

Casa frumoasă și spațioasă cearceafuri și prosoape curate , mobilă ok paturi confortabile.

Când am sosit la locație in casă mirosea a închis și mucegai ,curățenie sa făcut o data pe săptămână doar schimbatul prosoapelor și a cearceafurilor fără aspirator sau matură. Și nu mi sa eliberat factura pe suma plătită motivând că nu este legal pentru persoana fizică, dezamăgitor.

Great property! Easy to find in our hired car, the host was fast responding, friendly and very communicative. She arranged for a clean mid-week (we stayed for 9 days). Property was beautifully furnished, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine! Property stretches out over 3 floors, with sea views and various outside seating and dining options. Recommend!

The wifi was very sketchy and the TV reception not good but we didn't mind as weren't there to sit on screens.

Wonderful location with genuine sea views especially from top floor balcony. It felt like many locals lived in the area rather than it being solely for tourists (unlike the other end of town). Our neighbour (who had at least 10 cats!) was very friendly and approachable despite neither of us knowing the other's language. The house was over three levels with two balconies and an outdoor patio area with table and we used all areas many times. It was a very short walk to the sea front and restaurants past a beautiful little church. Our point-of-contact arranged tarnsfers to and from the property and the key was in the door when we arrived.

The plumbing was quirky at times - especially the tap in the top bathroom which was not attached to the sink. It would have been nice to have had thicker towels and more of them. The double bed mattresses could have been more comfortable.

The location is ideal, away from the main road very quiet. The great kitchen facilities including many gadgets not usually provided- a liquidiser, chopper, stick blender to name a few. It was quaint and traditional a real home from home tastefully set up. The mosquito netting on all windows and doors was a real benefit also kept the wasps out when cooking and gave a real outside in feel.

Nothing really though the beds are a little hard for us softies but you get used to them.
