Washing dishes and cleaning the bin

The place needs some serious attention. It is split level, with a lapa between the unit which has the kitchen and dining area, and the other 2 units. Steps from the lapa to the kitchen area need hand rails and a ramp.

The steps. Not easy to negotiate.

The animals walking by, mongoose, Genet,impala,zebra,kudu. Nice setup nestled around the trees. good value for money. The braai area was good.

The splash pool was not clean. There was a leak from the kitchen sink onto the floor. The power would randomly trip at approximately the same times. The main bedroom bed would always loose a leg.

There were many animals that visited throughout the day. The property has a big Lapa for braai and entertainment if you are a lot of people, it would be good. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you might need.

There where hot water in only one of the 3 bathrooms. And that specific bathroom has a blocked drain; while showering you have to turn the tap on and off so the shower doesn't flood the bathroom. There was no tv. The swimming pool that is on advertisement is not to be used, that we only found out on the confirmations letter after booking. The units is not old people friendly, steps, low toilets etc. The close by road is noisy and the Neighbour house is very close, not really getting the in the bush feeling most might be looking for. Property needs some maintenance, broken poles, cracked walls.

Overall Cleanliness. Good quality furniture and appliances.

Kitchen dining area very cramped. Ran out of hot water in main bedroom shower. Flat batteries in gas geyser and water leak in other that doused the flame as soon as tap turned on.. Blocked drain. The problem is lack of maintenance. The list of items on inventory did not correspond with what was supposed to be there.In short I will not book again.

Beautiful tranquil environment, enjoyed feeding and waking up to the bush and bush animals

Marloth Park is a great location.

Budget option in my opinion. Definitely needs some attention and maintenance. Plausible but feel I could have got more value for money. Beds not comfortable. Unit was clean and ok.
