Nice spacious tidy house, warm and inviting. Full kitchen, heaters and electric blankets. Good amount of bathrooms available for a bigger group - 2 toilets 2 showers.

Ribbonwood Cottage is less than five mins walk from the centre of Tekapo and yet in a quiet residential street without road noise to contend with. The siting room is comfortable and spacious and there is a ovely wood-burner as well as a heat-pump. The bedrroms were all clean and comfortable. The verandah was ideal for sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. Great value for money too.

There was nothing to complain of at all. The previous guests seemed to have assignied crockery and cutlery to random cupboards but we found everything we needed and made sure the plates and cups were cohorted in the same space when we left!

Fantastic location. A quick walk into heart of Tekapo. A lovely quiet spot as well.

Such a lovely spot but it would have been great to have a bbq to use and outdoor chairs to relax on.
