Prachtig huis, ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijk toeven op het dakterras met uitzicht over het park en een randje zee. Loungeset en eettafel op het terras met een fijne bbq en zelfs een douche. We hadden een klein probleempje met de ketel, koud water. Dat werd door de beheerder binnen een minuut na reactie opgepakt en snel oplgelost. Superservice dus! Overigens worden alle vragen snel beantwoord. Het park waar het huis in ligt lijkt wel een klein dorpje. Het is superschoon en de tuinen zijn prachtig aangelegd. De 4 zwembaden hebben verschillende openingstijden en bij alle is er een badmeester die streng toeziet op het naleven van de regels (douchen voor badbezoek, niet eten, geen luchtbedden in het water). Ontvangs 4/5G is er amper aan het zwembad. Ik kan dit huis aanraden. Het strand is fijn en ruim en op slechts een paar honderd meter. Ik zou het strand bij afgang 2 adviseren waar de bedjeshuur lager ligt dan bij 1 en de strandtent Salty Monkey goedkoper is. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving. Op loopafstand wel enkele restaurants en een minimarkt. Ruime Aldi, Lidl en Mercadona op een 3 a 4 km rijden.

De wifi is niet zo krachtig, zelfs met een extra wifi uitbreiding niet zo heel goede ontvangst. Je krijgt 1 sleutel van het huis en 1 sleutel.voor toegang tot het zwembad. Soms wat lastig als er een van ons gezelschap eerder of later wilde gaan.

A wonderful house, equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipment, plenty of space and beds, a wonderful rooftop terrace, three swimming pools to choose from, a fantastic garden and vegetation on the property, a fenced area so children can have fun, and there were even Zumba classes and a restaurant. Peace and quiet – a wonderful place to relax.

Our family of four stayed at this apartment in June. We had a lovely stay. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfortable the area around was very quite. Only 10 minute walk from a lovely beach. Can recommend staying here.

We liked pretty much everything except we had no wifi signal anywhere other than in the living room/kitchen area. This normally would not have been a problem but the phone internet coverage for our provider was also not availible, so therefore any researching for places to visit on our phones needed to be done downstairs

Rarely do you book a property that is exactly as presented in the pictures. Everything worked. The paint work was fresh. Everything was spotlessly clean. Basic toiletries, cleaning products etc were supplied. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning and heating. We used both. The view is absolutely stunning. The bus stop and land train stops are just outside in the road. So if you don’t hire a car don’t worry it is easy to get around. We spent many hours up on the roof reading, watching the sun rise or the sun set. Beautiful. There are restaurants and a shop in walking distance. The beach is in easy walking distance for able people.

Nothing. The property is exactly as advertised.

Comfortable and relaxing with wonderful view from the terrace. Nice pool area and gardens, with an on site cafe/bar where you could buy bread and water.

We liked it all

The property's in a beautiful area really close to the beach. There's a big park right next to it with all kinds of local animals, lots of turtles and birds. There's an amazing terrace on the rooftop with a grill, indoors there's most of the amenities you'll need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioners, etc. The bed that pulls out from under the single bed was perfect for sleeping our toddler in safely, though we had to babyproof the socket next to it.

We came in March where it sadly rained a few days and the place even got flooded on our first day (which I don't hold against the property as there was nothing they could do about it) - staff came in quickly to clean up the same day. Afterwards, the place was quite cold and hard to heat up, and extremely humid (always 80%+) for the whole week we were there. My wife, our toddler and I all got sick. The electricity goes out quite easily, if you e.g. have two of the air conditioners on, and turn on the oven, there's a good chance it'll go out. It happened about 10 times during our stay, though admittedly it could have been exacerbated due to the flooding too. Phone reception is really bad indoors, so you can't have phone calls indoors, you have to get out or rely on the internet, which we couldn't due to the flood damaging the router.
