"Lovely relaxing weekend in great accommodation"

The house was comfortable and clean! Elaine is a wonderful host! The play area for the kids was awesome, it kept my kids busy for our entire stay! We had lots of animals visiting including some bush babies. The property is also in a great location, within walking distance of the river! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back!

Nothing - it was the perfect place to spend a few nights in bush relaxing!

"Exceptional"

We loved the braai area with the pool, we were barely inside! And the play area for the kids! Everything was just quiet and relaxing.

There wasn't anything to complain about really.

"Relaxed setting in the bush with everything you need"

What a lovely setting to relax! Surrounded by bush. Spacious inside and outside area. Kitchen well equipped. Everything clean and tidy. Play area for kids to play. Close to a small shop, restaurants and lionspruit reserve for a lovely game drive or drive up and down next to crocodile river to see many hippo's. Could hear the lions roar from far at night and buck and wildebees slept close-by.

The whole stay was very nice

Struggling with hot water in Top R bedroom, and very inconfenient that only 1 person can shower at a time

"Great for a big family reunion! Host was very accommodating when facilities didn't work so well."

Location was great ! Feeding of the buck daily by the workers lured the animals and that was fantastic to experience the tame wild life.

The facilities/ houses are old and need upgrading. The old/ out dated decor/ bedding. Shower facility was gas controlled and hard to mitigate warm water ( either HOT or COLD). Needed to ask for toilet paper twice. Host very accommodating and friendly.

"Superb"

The place was very comfortable and we loved our stay. Our kids loved it and enjoyed seeing all the animals and playing. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were so hopefully and friendly. Highly recommend and will stay there again. Thank you

"Home in the bush away from home"

The property has all the amenities you need, including airconditioning, cable Tv which we didn’t use. It was suitable for our family age range 11 - 90years and catered for my dad’s limited mobility. Standout features being the porch at the front of the property, the plunge pool and braai (bbq) area. The ability to see wild animals (zebra, kudu, bush buck, warthog , banded mongoose, bush baby) up close was super exciting.

The property is a little dark, especially the living room area making it difficult to read.
