quiet location. safe neighborhood. Nice home.

feet were black after walking barefoot on floors, floors need to be washed. Glasses were dirty or permanently stained. Some of the towels and linens being replaced would certainly add to the appeal due to stains or wear. Pool pump not working form 2nd day we were there.

The house was spacious,well stocked and clean. The rental agent Melinda was very helpful!!We loved the pool! We would definitely rent here again!!

This was a beautiful home! There were multiple nice bedroom and and bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had issues opening the front door.

We loved our stay but there were a few things we thought should’ve been taken care of before we got there. There was algae in the pool (I know this happens, but we thought it should’ve been cleaned), the lawn was not mowed. This is also fine but we had multiple bugs come into the house. There was what i think was ants and water bugs/roaches. I tried to contact the host to see if this was normal but got no response. I know it’s a hot climate and things like this happen, but I just wanted to know if this was normal or not. We used bug spray to get rid of them but I think if they knew this was an issue that it should’ve been dealt with prior to guest arrival.

Beautiful house, very clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need in this house, feels like home.

We enjoyed the pool and patio and sat out there for breakfast on a couple mornings. The layout of the house was very nice and the rooms were nice size and comfortable. The house is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, etc. All necessary instructions were provided in a binder, which was very helpful.

While the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc., it would have been nice to have some basic condiments (mustard, mayo, butter). It didn't make sense for us to buy those things for only a few days. Also, we ran out of paper towels and almost ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any extra in the closets. I would have expected those to be fully supplied as part of the rental.

The house was well equipped for our short stay. The pool was small but fun for the kids. The layout of the house is perfect for a family of 4-5

The pool was very chemical smelling the first day and it burned the kids eyes a bit. There were a few things like faucets and window blinds that need replacement or repair.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. The property was well kept and stocked with fresh towels. Looking forward to a return visit
