The property servers a over night stay and was OK.

We booked it with the understanding of a walk in shower as I have a disabled son and a 87 year old mother. (No walk in shower as advertised). I was told by the property owners that there was a down stairs bedroom. I stupidly thought that there would be a down stairs bathroom or even just a toilet.(but there as not). We had r find a second location for my mother as she could not handel the stairs. My son and I stayed on the sat 14th of June but had to stay with my mother in another location on the 15th of June. This left the property empty. I advised the owners of our predicament. They reply with a appoligise I was and looking for some form of compensation as the property is not as it's advertised. It's a shame because they have made it comfortable for the right people. Prsvp.

House is warm when heating is on.

Could do with a deep clean. There's a lot of dust everywhere the kitchen has grease around the cooker area, and above the cooker hud, the artex is falling down in the kitchen where the shower has previously leaked above apart from that that it's OK.
