The property is clean

The outside was not well kept and had weeds growing. The staircase was a little tattered and bathroom has a bit of mold on ceiling in shower caddy. Parking is a problem on the street as neighbour left note to say we were blocking when we were not.

Wonderfully spacious, well equipped house. Very comfortable with outside seating and bbq for alfresco living. Location (up a hill and through a housing estate) meant that (with kids) we used the car for shopping/dining. But by driving everything was close by. Free parking available on the road. Short drive to town and glorious beaches close by.

Location wasn’t ideal for walking into the town of Menai Bridge, though google stated 15 mins walk to Waitrose (though uphill on the way back). Stair carpet needs replacing and lounge furniture slightly dated, but we found the house nonetheless really comfortable with a lovely well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.

Very spacious bedrooms and comfortable to stay in. The rest of the house was also done nicely and had plenty of room to relax in. Communication with Mike was extremely prompt and helpful when needed.

If being picking could do with tiered areas being updated but overall didn’t affect our stay.

Quiet area, really felt like a home and not at all like staged accommodation
