Arthur Street Guest Cottage No16

The communication from the owner Chris pre arrival was prompt and clear. The cottage is in a quiet street in the beautiful village of Royal Hillsborough. Although the reason for the stay was not to visit it but managed to walk around and will be back. The cottage was clean, well equipped and the extra fold out bed was set up already due to our late arrival. Price is very reasonable for staying at the cottage. Highly recommended!

The place is very spatious and well uqipped for a stay. Everything is tidy and in place and you can relax like nowhere else.

The cottage had all the facilities we needed and the hosts were very accommodating. The location of the cottage is great too in Hillsborough with plenty of places to eat and shop

It was very comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Loved the bottle of wine that our hosts had left for us. A really lovely gesture. We actually met the owner when we arrived, as she was just finished getting the property ready & had a lovely chat with her.

Bathroom only downstairs, could really do with even a toilet upstairs. Not ideal to have to go downstairs in the middle of the night. Very poor mobile phone signal, actually was waiting on a call and not able to receive it. Also there were very limited Channels available on TV,

I loved how cosy the cottage was it was a great break away and a very nice relaxing place for a good break

A beautifully presented and very comfortable house. Everything is lovely quality and the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The cottage is centrally located but the street itself was peaceful (don’t worry, the church bells don’t chime all night!)
