Kosy place

Musi and Rose that is working at the property they were was exceptionally helpful. Musi the gardener and maintenance man was wonderful, taking care of any of our needs, he was very friendly, helpful and know all the people and area very well. Rose came in every day, cleaning the house and laundry, she was very friendly and also helped to take care of our grandson of 11 month's. We met Zander, a local mechanic, he helped with problems on one of our cars, he was also very willing to help immediately and is very professional, a person worth meeting.

There was nothing to dislike about Kosy Place. A place that I would suggest to any one.

Lovely house on a great piece of property. Big lawn for kids to run around. The housekeeper/ground keeper Musi was brilliant. Welcomed us and gave us a tour around the house and property. As well as the nearby lake. The kitchen appears to recently have been renovated. It's a lovely kitchen with all the comforts you could need (air fryer, gas stove etc). Very well decorated The large kitchen island also makes a great place for meals. Outdoor entertaining area is lovely, with a jacuzzi, outdoor lounge and dining area as well as built in braai and fire pit. The 4 bedrooms downstairs are simple but comfy while the upstairs loft area is great for a family with young child/ren (open plan bathroom). We stayed for 1 night as a layover to cross the border but I would definitely recommend for longer periods if you don't mind a quick drive to the lake, or a little further to the beach. To get there, follow the red and yellow Kosy Place signs - very well marked.

accessibility to the lake was further than expected and road towing a boat quite hectic

rats in the ceiling make a lot of noise at night. tv in upstairs bedroom not working. shower head in one of the downstairs bathrooms not working. entrance door is no longer aligned and difficult to open and close (metal one) staff all go off on weekends no one around. there is too much noise from local inhabitats having all night party sessions very nearby for this accomadation to be peaceful and relaxing. the dogs bark at them all night too and run up and down the balcony wooden floors combine with the rats we had no sleep on saturday night at all.
