Crystal clear water in the sea perfect for diving - Unfortunately no other positives we found

The house is not equipped with air-conditioning so no chance to relax/sleep well in the night during hot summer, especially usage of the ground-floor room is pointless. Also some more kitchen gadgets would be fine - el.kettle, microwave oven. The place/environment overall is really "restless" - main access road to the beach leads just around the property so traffic flows 6-24 every day(cars, scooters/mopeds, etc.) really disturbing. The fish-restaurant with terrace neighboring closely with the property operates every day 11:30-15:30 so no chance to have siesta neither in the garden nor on the terrace, furthermore smoke goes from chimney and can smell to somebody. The staff works 7-19 and is quite noisy. The pictures of Barbara beach on the google web are not the latest one - Borkko bar is cca 50m far and made quite lot noise especially at the weekend nights. Other factors to be mentioned - many mosquittos outside and some ants inside(kitchen) so be ready for that. The last issue is the acces to property which can be a challenge during rush traffic(weekend) - narrow off-road street cca 2kms.
