ITITAppartamento pulito interamente a disposizione e con molta privacy. Un giardino fantastico, il parcheggio interno e tutto il necessario a disposizione. Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile. Posizione comoda a tutto. Ottimo lavoro!
Se non diamo 10 è solo perché l'appartamento si trova effettivamente sulla strada principale e le auto che passano si fanno sentire abbastanza. Nulla di troppo fastidioso ma a finestre aperte si sente
ITStruttura posta in un punto strategico tra Follonica e Castiglione della Pescaia, vicinissima alle più belle spiagge e cale della zona ( a pochi minuti dal parcheggio di Cala Violina). L’appartamento è funzionale e comodo e dispone, inoltre, di un bellissimo ed ampio giardino. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile, gentile e cordiale.
ITStruttura accogliente e pulita, la proprietaria è stata molto cordiale e presente ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo se si vuole visitare Cala Violina.

GBThe view out across the fields and the location, close to the beach (5 Km away down a small local road). close but not too close to local towns (Fellonica and Castilglione dela Pescaia 5 Km away). The size and layout of the ground floor apartment was fine for two travelling. No wifi and no Air conditioning, but a fan was provided and worked well. The host (Mateo) and his partner were very helpful and although they didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian we all coped well using Google Translate. Note - Shop for food before you arrive - in Fellonica (Aldi etc) - we ended up buying food in Punta ala at the Green Camping Site - 1 K from our location - very expensive but local. great bakery further on towards Baia Baberina - Punta ala. Less expesive supermarket...bakery next door -focaccia and chocolate croissants......
1. it was too close to a busy road (between Fellonica and Castiglione dela Pescaia). really noisy overnight at weekends. 2. the entrance way to the location is tricky with the road approaching from Fellonica around a corner with cars travelling at over 95KmH - the hedge needs cutting back to give the driver a better safer view. 3. from our ground floor apartment we enjoyed an outside table with chairs and views across the fields to the West and the open country, away from the road. We could still hear the road.....but the view would have been improved if the hedge across the rear was trimmed back and down to 1.2mtr from the ground, still offering privacy but improving the view.
