Lovely Casa Felicidad, swimming pool, Wifi x private garden

Very good location 10 minutes walk to Marina. Very pleasant complex well looked after. As the property is an end plot it has a great garden area. The washer/dryer

Apart from the recently refurbished shower room which was good,the rest of the property was dated. Strangely the gold handles had all been painted white, but all the paint was pealing off. The stairs have all been painted white too but had dark marks on them. The curtains in the main room didn’t fit so you couldn’t close them properly. Not good when in the property at night. Only one bath towel and a flannel size hand towel was made available per person, we solved this issue by using the washer dryer however, I would have thought it would have been more cost effective to provide more? Normally a bottle of water atleast is provided by the owners for arrival but not in this case. So when we arrived late this was disappointing.

Very quiet complex. Lovely private outdoor space with lots of comfortable seating and sunbeds. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Would have liked another of towels for the bathroom.

Entrance door very stiff, hard to open. Kettle plug fitted poorly into socket therefore needed constant manual pressure to keep it connected to power. More than 1 key would help with all the locked doors and balconies

Location was great house very comfortable and clean.

Showers were poor, shower head all over the place in both showers.

Large comfortable living space, well equipped, fantastic outside area, lovely pool in the complex, quiet area, friendly and helpful property manager

Local shops limited to a small HyperDino and a hideously expensive “British” shop.

Location was amazing, so central to the marina and playa Blanca town. The property was so clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week. Was set in such a quiet area, with an amazing pool that gets the sun all day long. The master bedroom has stunning views overlooking the pool, there are two fans in both of the bedrooms too. Mona was so helpful and accommodating for us, even though we didn’t meet her it felt like we did because her responses to any questions were fast and she was so helpful and friendly to us. We loved everything about this place, the outside garden was so lovely and peaceful to watch the sunset and everything was just perfect. This place ticked all the boxes for us and we will definitely be coming back!

There could of been two keys for the house instead of just the one. There are aircon units in the Villa but these aren’t for use, but the fans installed on the ceiling are still great. The shower curtains aren’t great for keeping water in the showers.

VERY NICE HOUSE, CLEAN AND COSY, WE FELT LIKE AT HOME IMMEDIATELY. GREAT LOCATION, QUIET AREA, NICE SWIMMING POOL, JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE GROCERY STORE. BEAUTIFUL WALK ON THE COST, CLOSE TO MARINA RUBICON WITH LOTS OF NICE RESTAURANTS AND LOVELY SHOPS. MRS. MONA WAS ASSISTING US QUICKLY WITH EVERYTHING. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK.

MAYBE FOR A LONGER STAY I WOULD MISS A DISHWASHER AND A SHADE OVER THE DINING TABLE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE.
