Location is nice, very spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful with anything that we asked. Will probably go again.

Swimming pool wasn't heated so in Dec is a bit cold but still went in.

The villa was spacious both inside and outside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the sea walkway which continued to the marina and into Playa Blanca.

We booked the day before and when we arrived the pool was quite dirty. It was hard to relax as there was a major housing construction site opposite. This started loudly at 7:45 each morning until at least 2pm. We reported that the WiFi wasn't working and the managers appeared the next day so we had no WiFi for 2 days. It was fixed with a new router which meant the TV then didn't work. Whilst doing this we mentioned how noisy it was. A person appeared to clean the pool with no notice. There was limited glasses so only 1 wine glass etc. With a bit more attention to cleaning and checking equipment the actual villa would be really nice but it's impossible not to be annoyed by the construction noise. Surely you should say this on the booking site. At the time I could have got a cheaper hotel but we decided to treat ourselves to a villa so we could relax there. I wouldn't have booked if it had said it was practically on a construction site. I complained a month ago with no reply yet and booking.com are chasing them.

The house is fine our visit was marred by the building works going on next door from 08:00-16:00 seven days a week. The property agent was apologetic and offered a reduction .

The building works, so much cement dust meant the pool was unusable, the WiFi was damaged and so we were also without internet for the last 4days of stay

We enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful, and even though the pool isn't the biggest, it's still big enough for a family. The rooms were big enough for everything we had and left extra room. The owner is really friendly and always kept in touch. He even let us have a later checkout due to a late flight home. I loved the location even though it was a half-hour walk from the villa to the main spots. I enjoyed how peaceful it was away from the nightlife. I would definitely come back to stay.

Very clean , hand soap , shower gell. towels and bedding all excellent quality , Well equipped kitchen.lovely pool and seating area outside (loved the beautiful painted rocks in the planters )

The villa is lovely & spacious Any issues were quickly resolved It’s a good walk to the marina but we like walking Beds very comfortable & the upstairs terrace is very nice . Javier the host was amazing, great communication!

The sunbeds could be upgraded, they did the job though. The upstairs terrace had Comfy loungers, could do with a couple of chairs and a small table. Shame the building works have started , there was a little noise but it did not waste our stay . I’d say the villa was clean & tidy , I would suggest downstairs needs a good scrub with bleach/ disinfectant. Otherwise I really lovely villa . I would stay again.
