Villa Pura Vida

The property is a large and very comfortable villa in a fantastic position to visit the area of Papagayo. It has everything you need to make your holiday perfect.

Almost everythig was perfect despite some negative previous comments which I do not understand. The kitchen is very well fitted. I just noticed the lack some pot lids to be perfect. The bathroom is very comfortable. I would just add a soap dispenser for the very large and comfortable shower.

we loved every single thing the villa had! from the stunning and grounding views to the villa it self, the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and more, the rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms, the terrace was perfect. the neighborhood is calm and clean, a few minutes from the city center and literally on the way to playa mujeres & papagayo.

loved everything but there were things we did not expect... the first was that it was really windy in lanzarote, so if the window door to the terrace and the window door to the balcony at the first floor were open the whole house would get so much fresh air inside that made things fly (like receipts,...). the second thing was that the floor/stairs were so smooth that it made it a little bit slippery to walk around with house shoes. sadly there was a broken step on the staircase but nothing to unfixable, just make sure to be careful and step on the side of it.

Beautiful! right near the most beautiful beaches on the island, and good price for the size of the house as well as location.

Clean and well equipped villa. It is exactly as the pictures. Short walk to the Papagayo beaches and lovely views from both front and rear terraces.

One very minor point. A new electric kettle would have been helpful as the stove top kettle takes a long time to boil.

We stayed in Villa Pura Vida before, it was good, but this time was even better and cleaner. It’s a property in a beautiful setting overlooking a mountain on the edge of Papagayo’s nature park. The place is usually very quiet and calm. You probably need to rent a car or take a taxi to get to the centre of Playa Blanca, restaurants, shops etc., but it depends how fit you are. It was possible for us to walk to Papagayo beaches and it takes around 45 min to walk to the centre. There are some shops closer, probably about 10-15 min walk. It’s a beautiful island with a lot to explore so if you can definitely rent a car. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly. Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely

The beds make a bit of noise when you turn on the other side, although to be fair they were new and very comfortable.

This is our 3rd stay in this villa. We love the location as it's quiet, away from crowds and very close to the mountains, with superb views both from the back and from the front balcony. Public transport readily available short walk away and Papagayo beach close-by.

Kitchen knives could really do with sharpening :). It would be nice to have cushions for the loungers and perhaps cleaning products available in the villa.
