Kiburi Lodge @ Kruger, a secluded Bushveld getaway

The facilities were very good - and the unit is exceptionally well equipped in the kitchen as well as throughout.

The place itself and decor are a little outdated.

We had a truly lovely time at this charming place. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and feeding the animals was such a magical experience for the kids, a real highlight of our trip! It's the kind of hands-on connection with nature that children (and adults) will remember for years. The property has so much potential to be truly outstanding – it's clear that a lot of care and heart has gone into it. One small point for improvement: we felt that a little more privacy for guests would really elevate the experience. Giving visitors a bit more space to settle in and enjoy the surroundings at their own pace would make this place even more relaxing. Overall, a special and unique stay, and we'd love to return as the property continues to grow.

The holiday home was within walking distance to the nearest shops and a very friendly community pub!

needs to upgrade the rooms as they are old and need attention there are few spider webs and dirt on floor - so a little attention makes a difference on first look

Hosts Christa and Patrick were wonderful! They went out of their way to make our stay an absolute pleasure! Comfortable and spacious with more than enough amenities. Will definitely return.

We loved the peace and tranquility with game around us. The accommodation is spacious and a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely host.

The swimming pool was not quite clean but maybe because the water was still to cold to swim. The outdoor areas unfortunately need more attention.

Photos did not do it justice this place is just beautiful and the beds are big and comfort level 100% with a big window waking up to the animals outside i will highly recommend and is already planning my next trip
