"Bellissima posizione, caratteristica la struttura; da rivedere comunicazione e pulizia"

La posizione, l'alloggio molto caratteristico, l'aria condizionata, il patio esterno coperto

La comunicazione con l'host: gestita da numero whatsapp con risposta automatica che ha causato un'incomprensione. La pulizia non era eccellente nonostante l'host chieda 280 euro per le pulizie finali. Nell'appartamento ho trovato ben 4 scarafaggi. La richiesta di una caparra di 500 euro, non richiesta sul sito di Booking ma successivamente via mail.

Die Lage ist hervorragend... Der Service von der Verwaltung ist super spitze.

Die Toilette am Hof ist nicht gut, da dort ein Aufenthaltsbereich ist. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very cozy, authentic House, so close to the beach. We really liked the location as well. Can´t fault it! Slow Villas Host was very helpful with recommendations. Its the second time we book with this agency and will do so again next summer. Thank you again for a great stay.

Casa muy bonita con un ambiente muy acogedor y familiar. Muy cerca del mar y de los restaurantes, tiendas etc... te sientes como en casa! A poca distancia se pueden explorar un montón de playas preciosas. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia.

"Porto Cristo is lovely but would not recommend this expensive property due to host's bad attitude"

Location is good; comfortable town house

Very negative hosts requiring a signed contract with large financial penalties AFTER payment; listing was misleading as it incorrectly stated on-site reception when key collection was more than an hour away even though there was a lock box on the front terrace! Poor communication, bad attitude towards guests. Will not stay again. We stayed later at a cheaper place with positive hosts and it was a totally different experience - we will return to that house next year
