It’s all about the location for this property!! The view is exceptional!

Maybe not the mold on the shower ensuite ceiling but easily wiped off

Amazing architectural building - unique position overlooking the sea and St Michaels in the distance. Incredible location. Windows in the living area had top sea views. Very quiet and remote down a long lane. Private and discreet. Big stone steps led to front door and there is an ornamental pond with a few koi carp. Very peaceful and original. A special spot.

It is a bit dated overall and the ensuite is tiny and airless. Shower is only for the slim! However piping hot water and excellent cleanliness made up for these small faults. Terrible pot holes in private road and approach. You cannot travel beyond 5mph here to save your car! Recycling could be clearer - not sure that is set up well enough in the kitchen. Signal not so good for watching tv - on occasions it took a long time to log on but generally ok most evenings. Small double cabin bed - v sweet and nice view but not for big people perhaps. Ok for us but single beds also v narrow more like children’s beds. All these are minor things but took off the luxury stay vibe to comfortable stay. The location and building make it a top notch luxury stay I think being a bit dated (esp kitchen and bathroom) are not major problems overall.
