"Beautiful very spacious and comfortable with a view!"

The rooms were big and spacious. Everyone had their own very comfortable bed. We were provided a very nice pack n play for our 16 mo. old and put it in the very large master bathroom that worked out really well. The view of the yard and pool and ocean were very nice. It was great having a maintenance person living on the property. We had a problem with getting hot water the first night and it was fixed fast. Just needed a new battery in the water heater. Having 4 bathrooms was a plus! And the dining table and chairs was amazing! And the water that was provided with so nice to have. Thank you for that! We had plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Very beautiful home.

The ceilings are so high in the living area that it causes an echo with any talking etc. We couldn't listen to any music because the echo was so bad. For the size of room it was we didn't feel there was enough couch/chair space for all of us. It would have been nice to have had a few additional living room chairs. We also found the kitchen to be poorly laid out. The microwave was above the sink and it was easy to hit your head on it when doing dishes. The dishwasher is so far away from the sink also. We also had a terrible time keeping the stove top on. It just kept going off on it's own. That made it very slow and difficult to cook anything. Loved the top hot tub deck but it is very unsafe when you have a toddler. We didn't use it much due to that. The house is located more in the South end of the island but we enjoyed the quiet. It only took 10 mins or so in our golf cart to get to the hustle and bustle part of the island. Not a big deal at all. You for sure need a golf cart if you plan to go any where.
