Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Da sie sehr abgelegen liegt, benötigt man ein Auto, jedoch genießt man hierdurch eine herrliche Ruhe. Sehr unkomplizierte An- und Abreise.

Wszystko było idealnie. Piękne górskie widoki. Przestronny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament, a w ogrodzie miejsca do spożywania posiłków, wspaniały basen (czynny 8-20👍) i leżaki, a nawet stół do tenisa stołowego. No i oczywiście przemiła właścicielka Cecilia 😃, dziękujemy i serdecznie pozdrawiamy! P.S. Najlepszy dojazd przez San Pellegrino.

Sehr schoene Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns bei einem Problem (Schandem am Auto) sehr geholfen hat.

Eine klarere anweisung zur Anfahrt waere hilfreich: lieber von Norden (Gubbio) als von Süden, auch wenn GPS anders zeigt.

La casa si trova in campagna, in una posizione incantevole circondata dalla natura. La piscina è piacevole. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato del necessario. I padroni di casa sono cortesi.

Gli appartamenti non sono ben insonorizzati; noi eravamo al pianterreno e sentivamo ogni rumore proveniente dall'appartamento al piano di sopra, i cui ospiti si alzavano alle 6, quindi da quel momento non potevamo più dormire. Stessi problemi potrebbero esserci se gli altri ospiti facessero chiasso in giardino fino a tardi, ma almeno quello non è capitato. Lo faccio notare perché credo che chi sceglie questo posto si aspetti la tranquillità. Anche l'inizio del nostro soggiorno non è stato tranquillo, ma almeno il problema iniziale è stato risolto.

Es gibt einen wunderbaren Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöbeln und Terrassen mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Es gibt einen Pool mit Blick ins Tal sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und zwei Grillstellen. Alles ist sehr sauber.

I spent four wonderful days at Villa Vitale — Casale Degli Ulivi, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The place is absolutely charming: peaceful, well maintained, clean, and surrounded by a fantastic view. Everything was comfortable, including hot water and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The host was very kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was a wonderful barbecue with an incredible panoramic view — a perfect moment to enjoy the fresh air, nature, and the peaceful surroundings. Casale Degli Ulivi is a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable stay.
