The apartment is very close to the beach. It's big. It has 2 balconies overlooking the sea.

Furniture old and in poor condition. We didn't have internet because the router was missing and even though we spent a whole day trying to get the problem resolved, they only came and fixed it after we went to their office to insist. The freezer was full of ice and its door was open and water was pouring out of it. In the bathroom, there were problems with the water in the toilet. They also fixed that on the 2nd day. The balcony furniture and window shutters are rusted. The apartment door opens very hard, we could barely get in. Check-in takes place at the company office, which is approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the apartment. It is not easy to do this if you come with luggage. If you want quality accommodation, this is definitely not it. It's a modest apartment in a beautiful place and that's it.

Second floor without lift, that's a problem with With ambulatory people, that should be advised

1. The shower drain doesnt drain 2. No where in the facility was there wifi information, which is imperative when travelling internationally. We didn't get into the facility until late in the evening and a message left to the management company went unanswered. 3. We had to leave the keys in the apartment when leaving (fine) but no mention of how to open the previously never locked gate without keys, leaving us to climb over a metal gate with dangerous barbs sticking in the air. The 5 times I had gone out of the gate previously it was always unlocked. Handing an 11yr old, 3 suitcases and other bags and a 41 yr old wife over the gate at 530am isnt a pleasant experience.

Very nice, bright apartment by the beach. Well equipped.

The property was perfect but the staff of the rental company a little bit unprofessional not informing about the locks change and asking to pick up the keys at different location.

Great appartment, large clean close to the water, restaurants and to the airport

The beds were very hard / the extra bed was very noisy and not comfortable.

This Ostia Holiday did gave me completely different flat then I booked, awful, dirty flat far from sea, not worth money that we paid, with broken facilities. Sent me a note that flat that I booked is flooded that is why they give me another, and this happened 1 hour before check in

i was not given that property . Force to Checked in different property called Pantarei, at ground floor with no view at all..

Pantarei apartment is dark.. No wifi , Ants Everywhere, Its too Old and not maintain properly, Bad Floor, Toilet Shower is Leaked, Loose Comode, Dirty Blanket
