"An interesting house good size for extended family to share and in the summer a super location."

The location, couldn't get much closer to the beach and the shops were just a stone's throw away. Train station walkable and only a 30 minute ride into Edinburgh. Plenty of space for 5 of us and filling the property with seven people would have been comfortably done. Kitchen was well equipped. Heating, we were very cosy!

The beds! Like sleeping, or trying to sleep on a giant marshmallow. The strangest mattresses we had ever experienced. I have to mention the rear outdoor space, this was very messy. The slippery paving was lethal! General cleaning could be improved. Overall the house is tired and needs a bit more TLC and a declutter of furniture. New shower room was let down by the door with peeling paint.

The location is excellent and the accommodation is clean and homely

We have further bookings with the same number of nights booked for the future here and this booking was more expensive.
