"Exceptional"

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and this was the best stay I would say. Everything was so close to the house and even the host was very friendly. Everything was soo nice and clean. I will definitely come visit this place again soon.

Nice quiet place, good location, close to Perranporth and other beaches. Hosts were kind and helpful

Beds are too small for a couple, no wifi, no mobile network reception

As per header. Peace and quiet. Great location. Many places to visit, short and far - good to come back to a quiet place. Host very friendly and helpful. Good space inside and out.

Not much we did not like. No WiFi available but used our mobiles.

A wonderful couple of days spent ... extremely lucky with the weather! The surroundings were stunning and peaceful. The caravan itself was immaculate, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The local area has plenty to offer ... gorgeous beach, charming local shops and eateries. Overall, it combined comfort, cleanliness and a peaceful setting. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

"Perfect caravan in a very quiet location."

Everything just as described. Spotlessly clean. Only a couple of caravans looking out onto a field so very quiet and peaceful. Welcome gift was a nice touch. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Location good - if you have a car. Easy access to Perranporth and surrounding areas. Lovely pub for excellent meals within a kilometer.

"Loved every minute of our stay"

Absolutely everything about this property is amazing, so so peaceful. The mobile home has everything you need for any stay, you could cook a full roast in the kitchen it’s that well catered for. Beds were very comfortable and has a great shower. Loved watching the peacocks and even got to see deer walking past The owners are really nice and helpful

"Relaxing, enjoyable and peaceful."

The location is ideal for touring west Cornwall, with places like St Michael's Mount just over 35 minutes away. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside listening the the wildlife after a day of sightseeing.
