Não dá para ir a pé para a praia

Easy to get key, interior looks nice on first glance

The place looks nice on pictures, however, a lot of parts were broken (no door handle to shut downstair bathroom, sofa parts, ceiling parts coming down) , breaking off (handle to the above bedroom coming undone) or right out just not fixed (cables coming out of the wall, etc). The place was cleaned very poorly; bathrooms were dirty and needed to be cleaned before usage, the floor had pet paw prints (so it was obviously not cleaned before we arrive), the sofa is dirty and feels uncomfortable, the outdoor was covered in birdp**p. Further, the door would be very difficult to open with the key. So were not able to enter one night when we came home late. Lastly, the downstair bathroom has no ventilation and the window goes only into the living room, while you have no privacy in the open bathroom in the top floor. FYI the property is along the main road, just to be aware of the noise

A casa está bem decorada, o wifi é bom, a casa está bem equipada.

Limpeza inapropriada, quer no interior quer no exterior, cama partida, restos de comida deixados no frigorífico, máquina de lavar loiça defeituosa, fios elétricos soltos nas paredes e teto, churrasco inutilizável de sujo que estava, porta da casa de banho sem fechadura, mobiliário exterior em más condições.

Der Besitzer war freundlich

Praktisch alles. Nicht sauber, möbel sehr alt und fallen auseinander, pool sehr dreckig und die Treppe kaputt (holz und nägel wurden nicht mal weggenommen), zum Teil noch nicht fertig gebaut etc. Wir hatten fast 1 ganzer Tag kein Wasser in der ganzen Wohnung. Nachbaren sehr unangenehm, nicht sichere Nachbarschaft und sehr sehr laut.

A casa está muito bem decorada e acolhedora. Um lugar bastante calmo. Iremos voltar no futuro.

Conforto da casa e bom gosto da decoração. Bruno, o anfitrião foi muito solicito e cuidadoso. Tranquilidade do lugar. Fácil acesso a praia e a outros pontos próximos como Cabo espichel
