FerryView Cottage - Breath Taking Vista

Great modern apartment with lovely furnishings. Very well equipped with every thing you need. We will book property again and will recommend to friends and family.

It was a bit of a climb up the hill to the property but nothing we couldn't cope with and we are in our mid 60s. Also we cooked in the oven on Sunday then on Monday it switched on but wouldn't heat. Could be we didn't set the clock or the timer wouldn't let it

Loved the view from the property and the location was ideal. It was lovely inside too - an ideal size for 4 people with a very well equipped kitchen.

On an extremely steep road - need to take care driving to and from the property. Also struggled a little to get the lock box to open.

Excellent view of the Tay and Fife from the property! Amenities and shops were within walking distance. Good connectivity. Property itself was lovely, decorated to a high standard and presented with a good complement of basic necessities for a comfortable stay.

A dishwasher would have been handy, but would not be a deal breaker for me given how well presented the property was in other respects.

All the information needed to locate and access the property was provided via a website / app with what you needed to know released in what seemed to be a timed way - this worked extremely well, as did queries submitted via WhatsApp. The house itself is in a quiet location and the view across the Tay estuary is fantastic. The layout was a surprise - it's on two floors but in a split level arrangement so only about 5 steps to go up or down.

No toaster although it was listed on the inventory. The walk up to the property from Broughty Ferry itself, whilst only 5 minutes or so, is steep (although of course that's how one gets the views!). Lots of wardrobe and drawer space but no chair in one of the bedrooms to put things on temporarily.

Amazing couple of days away beautiful views and lovely bungalow can't fault it will be back again
