ROMANTICA Voramar

Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt an der Cala Romantica ist einzigartig. Die Sonnenterrasse wunderbar zum verweilen und es gibt sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz oberhalb der Wohnungen. Die Dusche und der Wasserschlauch waren sehr praktisch zum Sand und Salzwasser abspülen.

Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht sauber gespült. Das Sieb unten war nicht fest und so wurden die Gläser leider nicht sauber. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat die besten Tage hinter sich und könnte mal erneut werden. Die Waschmaschine hatte unter Rostspuren, hat aber ansonsten einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Licht drinnen hatte eher Neoncharakter und war ungemütlich. Die Wohnungstür der unteren Wohnung war sehr schwer aufzuschließen.

De locatie is echt waanzinnig. Heel mooi uitzicht op de baai Cala Romantica. Appartement bestaat eigenlijk uit twee gedeeltes. Een boven en een precies er onder. Keuken is prima om zelf te koken, niet groot maar prima. Er lagen genoeg handdoeken en badlakens, fijne service. Contact met de eigenaar verliep ook goed, heel prettig contact.

De douchewand is te kort waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt. Niet echt een probleem maar misschien iets om een keer aan te pakken.

The location is beautiful and it was good to have 2 separate areas. The view is amazing

It had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived. The lower level is a bit short in furniture and kitchen appliances.

Excellent location with a wonderful sea view, 3 minutes walk to a big beach passing 2 nice restaurants on the way. Cala Romantica it is an extremely charming bay with beautiful buildings on the left side and wild landscapes on the right - a nice hiking spot. You can snorkel near the rocks and watch the fish. We have not found any nicer sand beach in this area! In the house, there are towels and beach towels, hairdryer, coffe makers, grill on the terrace etc. The Host, Bernardi, was extremely helpful with everything we needed. There is a huge Lidl supermarket 15 minutes away, where you can buy all sorts of Mediterranean foods and drink- fish, shrimps, cheeses, wines, olives, fruit, etc. at great prices. We had a great time cooking and having our breakfasts and dinners on the upper terrace! Location is great to visit the caves and nearby towns on the East coast. Great place to fall in love with Mallorca and relax.

This is more of an explanation: The house is actually composed of 2 separate apartments located on two levels, with separate entrances. The upper one (presented on the photos) has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable kitchen and an awsome living room and terrace. The lower one, with a still bigger kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, a small living area and smaller terrace, gets less light and hasn't got big terrace windows with spectacular views. A group which uses 3 bedrooms (5-6 people) needs to agree on the split. During the day ventillation from the nearby small restaurant makes some noise, but this is acceptable in daytime and is turned off in the late afternoon, so evening, night and mornigs you can only hear the sea and crickets.

Bernardí was great host. Before arrival he informed us wery well. When we had some issued he was there to help. On arrival you are welcomed with bottle of wine and some fruits. The house was clean and well equipped. Beds were average. Location is also good, 50m from the beach and about 100m from parking lot.

We had some issues with the furniture - broken bed and dishwasher wasn't working one day.
