The Front Office - charming 3BR heritage home

Great location, the place is so well thought out, so it will meet all your needs. The house gives you plenty of privacy as well as it provides a lot of space for socialising and spending time together with a group of friends.

Great house, very well appointed. Had everything you needed, very clean. Close enough to walk into the CBD and quick access to the Coastal Walkway.

Was quite noisey with traffic, particularly in the early hours of the morning

The bedroom with single beds was very bright trying to get children to sleep at 8pm - block out blinds would be awesome.

Lots of room, large living area and spacious bedrooms; modern, roomy kitchen. The teenagers all had their own space. Sheltered outside courtyard was nice too. Easy walk to the beach, main shops and swimming pool. Dairy and takeaways close by.

The location was a bit of a surprise - in the corner of a large carpark. After reading the history of the property however, the location made sense. The property was private and secure, so it wasn’t a problem at all. We weren’t bothered by the busy road.

The location was great, town central was just a 7 min drive away. it was comfortable and a carpark was available..

A couple of things needed repaired, were missing a few necessary items in the kitchen.

The location was nice.It was near the beach and a swimming pool.And near a takeaway shop.The rooms were big.The house was modernised.A tap with running boiling water and modern lights.Large fridge and freezer.Microwave and all kitchen utensils and aircon.Nice outside table.Large and comfortable double bed.

It was hard to get the key out of the lockbox.It took a while.An outside washing line would be good even though their was a dryer.
