Location Size

Downstairs toilet was broken Was not safe to sit on, a health hazard and dangerous Upstairs toilet was loose and rocked when sat on We told the letting agent who said the owner knew but wouldn’t repair it!!! Fleas downstairs and ants upstairs

Really useful having separate tub, toilet and shower on the first floor. Kitchen on first floor was very stocked with utensils and cookery. Dishwasher was really amazing to have! Had another bathroom and another small kitchenette on second/basement floor. Car parking is really sufficient: one in first floor garage and one at basement level lawn. Ample street parking too.

No door for double bed + 3 single bed on second/basement floor was a downside for privacy.

"Wonderful stay!"

Comfy beds, lots of space for big group work trip to national conference. Good amount of bathrooms. Really close to town and great location. Safe neighborhood and right by the beach! Absolutely beautiful home

"Fantastic Stay at the Beach House on Hamblyn"

My friends and I stayed at the Beach House on Hamblyn for 2 days and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect, with stunning ocean views and a short walk to the beach. The house is well-maintained, clean, and spacious with modern decor and cozy furnishings. We enjoyed the large deck, perfect for watching sunsets.. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to return
