Location ok.

House not worth for price modified house, we thought its proper 2 storey ..because less bathroom..parking sensitive cant somply park with neighbours side.

The environment, cleanliness, facilities and convenient to travel to places .. Very strategic location ... Stores, shops and cafes are available..

no washroom or bathroom at 1st floor. Both toilets are at ground Floor.
