"Nice, comfortable, modern house with a great view"

A nice two level house with a lovely view of the water. It was modern and comfortable and had everything that we needed. You are warned that it has a steep driveway, but it was a bit more than expected. It was clean and had central heating which is on a timer for morning and afternoon. There are quite a few house rules. I wouldn't recommend this place if you didn't have your own transport, as it is quite a way out of Christchurch and not that easy to get to. A bowl of fresh fruit and a fresh loaf of bread were provided, which was a nice touch. There were lots of sauces etc if the fridge for use as well as coffee pods and tea.

This was a beautiful stay the house was lovely the view magnificent. the kitchen was fitted out really well .

it was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the driveway but so worth it . And a tv downstairs would be good because the seating was so much more comfortable.
