We loved everything

Location, location, location !!!

We loved the sea view and the big terrace which was perfect for our kids to play on. The pool unfortunately was closed for renovation but we didn’t miss it at all. There was a small private pool on the terrace that we could use and we were swimming in the ocean a lot as well, because it was so nice and easily accessible! I would definitely recommend this place to others and visit again.

The host could not have been more thoughtful and helpful. He is so charming and gave us tips on sights and what to do. The house was full of many thoughtful touches to ease the stay (welcome drinks, kitchen and loo roll, hand soap, towels, dishwasher tabs, bikes). The location was close to the centre and easy stroll to get to the heart of town but off to the side so it was quiet at night. Complex pool was practically private. Beautiful view. Tons of outdoor space with balconies on three levels to watch sunset.

I think the house works better for small group - ie two couples. The upstairs (second floor) loo has only a sink and electric toilet and double bed is smaller so you may not want to max out number of people. Other two bathrooms are fine with one on ground floor with a shower and one on first floor with a corner tub and shower fixture. The outdoor spaces were great but would be even better with some decorative touches (eg plants). There are many camper vans nearby and some empty lots between house and town so we were a little nervous about young teenage girls walking alone at night. But we all really loved the place and the host is wonderful.

Danilo was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us a tour of the house and recommended places to visit. It was very clean and spacious. Balconies on each floor provide a fantastic sea view. Well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location and a beautiful home away from home, Danilo was the perfect host, pool was great and a short walk into a busy habour with shops bars and restaurants. we can't wait to return

Location and size of villa.

This villa is advertised as 3 bathrooms. The en-suite on the top floor was a toilet and wash hand basin, no shower or bath and the toilet was electric and could not be used for anything solid. There was a shower in the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom on the 1st floor was a corner bath and hand held shower head.

The location was good, in a quiet area but only a short walk from the harbour waterfront with it's many bars and restaurants. If you enjoy hill walking there are paths up the hill near the property. The rear of the property faces the sea and there were some lovely sunsets. The photos don't really do the property justice - the rooms are a good size and there is a lot of outdoor space. The pool is large at 14 metres long. It is shared with other properties but we mainly had it to ourselves. Danilo was very helpful, he was there to greet us, show us around and arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Entering through the front door the stairs are on the left, there is a toilet/shower room on the right, followed by a good sized kitchen with an oven and 5 ring gas hob. At the back overlooking the pool and the sea is a good sized lounge with a dining table. There is a sliding patio door to a terrace with a dining table, social table, and sun-loungers. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 overlooking the pool and sea with a good sized terrace and one overlooking the street with a balcony. There is also a bathroom with over-bath shower. On the next floor is a room that has been built onto a roof terrace. It has 2 beds and a small toilet room with sliding concertina door. There is a patio door to a small terrace. All the bedrooms had either pull down shutters or thick curtains to block out the sun. In the basement is a garage and access to the swimming pool. There are 4 bikes available - 3 of them have racks on the back, they all have locks.

A wardrobe in the top floor bedroom would have been useful.
