Lovely quiet location with great views over the rolling countryside. Well appointed cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent hosts.

"Beautiful rural cottage"

Lovely rural cottage. Well equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated with a cosy log fire in a very quiet location - perfect for rest and relaxation. Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Has dishwasher (with tablets) and washing machine.

The sitting room/kitchen area is very small - while the cottage is kitted out for 6 there are only 4 arm chairs/sofa space and it would have been very cramped with 6 people. Difficult to see the TV from the sofa, have to move it out from the wall or sit on the hard benches. Logs for the fire are not included in the price.

Super clean, very comfortable and well equipped and set within beautiful countryside.

Would have been nice to have a bit of grass/lawn to step out onto and e.g. eat breakfast on, without the walk and the steps to the picnic table. Also the property is bit remote - that will suit some but maybe not others.
