"Spacious, clean property, could do with sprucing up."

Property is tucked away but easy to find with good parking area. Spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy.

The property could benefit from fresh paint and attention to tired carpets/furnishings. Foliage around the steps up to the front door could do with cutting back.

"Stay was good, payment and checkin inconvenient."

It was clean, comfortable, in a nice location.

Payment at check in, and having to check in at an office in town were inconvenient and annoying, after a lot my day of driving. Being pressured to name an arrival time by numerous emails over time for between 3-6pm in order to accommodate that checkin process was annoying, when we weren’t sure if the timing. In short, not sure why payment can’t be made online at booking time like all the other bookings we made, and checkin procedure sent online to client, along with the directions and a lockbox code. Also, signage for house was inadequate and poorly placed. Put number at top of driveway. Also, water temperature regulators in both showers were not working properly.

"Pleasant and convenient"

Overall clean with heater in all rooms and living room. Washer and dryer are easy to use and especially clean too.

It is located in a small alley between 2 houses that u have to drive through - hence not easy to find. There is a gradual flight of steps that u have to lug your luggages up.

This 3-bedroom house in Tekapo was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tekapo!

Location

Lack of certain facilities ie hooks to hang things on, eg towels egc, curtains in bedroom needs rehanging, recycle bin needs a bloody good cleaning.
