VuguVugu - At home in Africa

It is difficult to honestly rate the property as we were there during the time that Marloth and the Crocodile river was in flood. As the pump house for the area was flooded, there was no running water, therefore the pool water was used for more than swimming and litres of fresh water was purchased for washing, cleaning and drinking purposes. The hostess was in touch with us on a regular basis and was very accommodating.

Having been there during the floods, the roads were badly damaged and there was no running water (Not the fault of the owner or property) There is a large TV in the lounge. However there is no DSTV. There are numerous DVD's, however the DVD player that was found in the cupboard was not compatible with the TV. (It has AV cables, the TV required a HDMI cable) There was also a Playstation in the cupboard, however, neither of the controls worked or took charge from the power supply. Therefore TV was a white Elephant. There's intermittent wifi signal in the area.

A really lovely place to stay. The manager/owner went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and everything worked. Had everything needed for a self-catering holiday. (We flew in from Australia so didn't bring much!). Hope we can get back soon! The short walk to the river was an added bonus Thanks guys!!

That one aircon wasn't working. Otherwise, rest perfect.
