Beach Apartment with beautiful view

El balcón. Sus vistas. El pueblo muy tranquilo y bonito

La limpieza estaba hecha muy por encima, había suciedad debajo de las camas, dentro de los armarios había muchas cosas desorganizadas, el armario del balcón roto y sucio. La cama grande el colchón es más grande que el somier y se hunde por los lados Los baños, uno tenía una ducha pequeña con cortina de baño que no podías utilizar porque iba saliendo toda el agua fuera, el otro la cisterna no cargaba bien. En la zona tienen un problema con unas cucharas grandes voladoras que entran por todos los sitios. En la casa no había ningún producto insecticida y tuvimos que comprar. Apareció una en la cama de mi hijo con el dentro y tuvimos drama porque casi nos tenemos que ir del piso ya que los niños tenían pánico a que se les volviera a meter en la cama. En resumen no vale lo que cuesta.

Location was great, between the beach & the Marina

A map of the development would have been helpful on before we arrived to understand exactly where the property was located.

I loved the location. The beach was just a couple of minutes away and there was plenty of restaurants nearby. About a half mile away was a huge merchandise and grocery store and the bus stop for going to Valencia.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like other then I wish I knew Spanish better, but I'm working on that.

Handy for beach.

No longer beautiful -Furnishing and decor very tired. Nearby restaurants we tried were mostly poor with two or three being truly terrible. No pool before June.
