It is peaceful, super clean and shops are convenient just a walk

There were no toiletries as said, only shampoo, conditioner and hand wash, 1 tissue paper for a family of 5 was an inconvience, so we had to buy our own tissues, soaps, I had forgetting my toothbrush at home and had to go buy new one, as there wasn't any

The fact I had everything at my reach, the shops were just a walking distance from the venue.

I got my messages very late ,especially the one for call out fee and breakage fee. I didn't have enough cash me and had to do last minute withdrawals as I don't like traveling with cash on me.

1. We love the view and the fact that food places and shops and the beach were all walking distance. 2. The place was very quiet and relaxing. 3. I loved the braai area as well as the pool. 4. We did have a good stay, the place was nice but it didn't exceed my expectations compared to the pictures it's just those few things that dissapointed us. 5. I still would recommend this place which I have already. 6. We felt safe, the security guard was patrolling which I was impressed about that.

1. The veranda wasn't child friendly, the gap at the bottom our daughter almost went under the gap she is a 1 turning 2. 2. The iron was in terrible condition we could not use it to iron our clothes, there was no dish cloth to wash the dishes only a dish cloth to wipe the dishes 3. We were charged a fee of R600 for cleaning fees, when I booked on booking.com there was no place that stated we will be paying a R600 cleaning fee? I only saw on the confirmation letter, but in the rule book it stated that we should leave the place clean or else it's will compromise our R500 breakage fee, so we did clean before we left, which makes no sense because we were charged a fee of R600? a lady was waiting outside with a cleaning basket when we checked out? Also on the confirmation letter it stated that there would be toiletries apon arrival and speaking to the agent she mentioned that we only get one black plastic and one toilet roll, I get that it's a self catering, but when I read toiletries I expected everything I think you'll must be specific and state what toiletries you'll provide so that we know what to pack when booking the place. 4. The place wasn't cleaned properly, the curtains were dirty the headboard of the main room where we slept was broken. 5. Also the hours of check in and booking out on the confirmation letter was different from the hours that was on the office building when we arrived there, when I called the agent she stated that we have to be there before 16:00 or else there will be a call out fee of R1500.00 for them to bring the keys to us, which also wasn't mentioned when I was booking or on the confirmation letter, also the R500 breakage fee also wasn't mentioned in booking only after I had received my confirmation letter, I would assume that this should have also been included when we booked nevertheless I think you'll need to be more transparent about all these hidden costs. 6. The couch advertised on booking.

Location was fantastic, lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, perfect for a long weekend, we had a great time, thank you!

Close to the beach

The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you would need. The sea view is an extra bonus. Location is great.

I loved everything. It was an amazing stay and my holiday sure was everything my heart desired
