Clean and comfortable house. Great view. Excellent location - a short walk up the road to the shops and down the road to the beach. Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. Great wrap-around deck. Good kitchen space to prepare food and well equipped. Easy check-in/out process.

Shower was a little tricky. It is pricey, like a lot of Snells beach accommodation but for the price I would say it would be fair to do a bit of an update and deep clean. Not accessible to all with steep stairs up to the entrance and shower in bathtub.

Location abd view was good except for the dirty windows.

The oven which did not work and no manuel, tge dirty windows and the narrow slippery bath which had no non slip mats. Very slippery. Decor was below average, outdoor furnture rickety and needs replacing. At nearly 800.00 it waa very very expensive for what it was. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Location is outstanding.

The bbq was under the house and didn't look like it was okay to use , Could have had a couple of screens on a couple of windows and maybe a couple of doors,

Location suited us for visiting surrounding areas. Good size for 2 friends, and we had what we needed, except no hairdryer. Nice view of sunrise.

Small things No hairdryer, no dishcloth. No rubbish bag, had to buy one, feel this should be supplied if it is expected that we put rubbish out for collection. Outside stairs are a bit of a challenge with luggage for older people. Single bed uncomfortable, had to add spare foam mattress to make more comfortable.

View was awesome, beds very good, quiet location accessible to facilities.

WiFi was not good. not able to stream anything. Suggest an upgrade when available. No extra toilet rolls. No orange rubbish bin

Proximity to beaches. Quiet street.
